Phoenix is a sun conure.  Very friendly bird and enjoys being on your shoulder.  He does have a disability as most of his right foot is missing, but that doesn't keep him from being active.  He does nip if you try to take him off your shoulder.  He requires a lot of daily one on one attention and will not be happy left in his cage.
