Buddy is a young African Ringneck parakeet.  He is a quiet bird.  He is very timid and frightened by people.  He is a beautiful bird that needs an owner who has a great deal of patience to slowly build trust with him.  He would do wonderful in an aviary or flock environment.  Currently eating roudybush pellets, nutriberries, and a variety of vegetables.
