Oliver is a 13 year old Blue Front Amazon.  He has had a traumatic past and was abused and neglected.  He will require an owner with patience and time to build trust with Oliver.  He is a very entertaining  bird and has an outgoing personality.  He loves to talk and be talked to.  He hangs upside down in his cage, plays with toys and picks up new words quickly.  He is very afraid of people and will lunge and bite.  His foster hopes his forever home will allow him to overcome his past and build a trusting relationship.  He seems to like females best.
