Cranberry Apple Drops

3 tbls Oil
3 large Egg Whites
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 cups Quick Cook Oats
1 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 cup Apple Juice Concentrate - thawed
1/4 cup Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
2 cups Chopped Dried Apples

Preheat oven to 350

Beat egg white till frothy. Add juices & blend. Add flour, oats & baking soda. Mix until well blended. Stir in walnuts & dried apples. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes. When cool, freeze or store in airtight container in fridge.
